Since 2002, Champions Taekwon-Do in Bayers Road has been offering children's programs, as well as family classes and adult classes. We believe we offer one of the best fitness programs in metro and are proud of the many benefits Taekwon-Do can add to achieve a better life. Taekwon-Do is a great way to get fit and more.

 

Champions Taekwon-Do will provide you with better flexibility, strength, confidence, self defence, fun and much more. We welcome students ages 5 and up. Our training is  carried out by certified blackbelts who have proudly trained under Master David Hiltz who him self has achieved one of the highest ranks in the organization and has himself competed in and coached for the ITF World Championships.
